These terms apply when you use ZWIMP. They are kept short and simple. If something is unclear, write to hello@zwimp.app.
Who runs ZWIMP
ZWIMP is operated by Anders Emblad (sole proprietorship), Martines 87, 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland, hello@zwimp.app.
What ZWIMP does
ZWIMP helps your household keep track of the food you have at home, from photos, receipts or manual entries, and suggests recipes, a weekly plan and a shopping list with what is missing.
Your account and household
You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your login details to yourself. You can invite other people to your household with a share link; everyone in a household sees and edits the same pantry, recipes, plan and list.
Free plan
The free plan includes 3 scans or receipt imports and 5 recipe idea requests per month. Pantry, saved recipes, plan and list are unlimited. A fair-use limit on automatic actions per day applies to all plans.
Pro plan and payment
Pro costs CHF 4.90 per month or CHF 39 per year (founding price for the first 500 households, then CHF 49 per year). One subscription covers your whole household. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Free trial
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter a payment card when you start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.
Renewal and cancelling
Your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for; then your household returns to the free plan. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Price changes
We may change prices. We will tell you by email in advance, before the new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
Recipes and food safety
Recipes, substitutions and shelf-life estimates are generated automatically and can be wrong. Always check ingredients for allergies and intolerances yourself, and judge for yourself whether food is still safe to eat: look, smell, taste — when in doubt, throw it out.
Fair use
Use ZWIMP only for your own household and lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, get around the limits, or upload content that is not yours or is illegal. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.
Liability
We work hard to keep ZWIMP reliable, but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. As far as Swiss law allows, our liability is excluded; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Ending your account
You can stop using ZWIMP at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@zwimp.app. Cancel any Pro subscription first. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice by email, or immediately for serious misuse.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne. If you are a consumer, you may also sue at your place of residence.
